By plane, we fly at 1500 feet. This gives an amazing perspective of your property as it compares to all angles of the city. With our high-quality equipment, we also are able to provide close up shots from around the property.
By drone, we have to fly at 400 ft or below depending on the area. This allows us to really see things in the area of the property as well as provides a gorgeous view of the property itself. The lower altitude provides a very nice perspective.
The difference between 400 ft and 1500 ft is huge! The things that both can achieve are nothing like the other, and the compliments given by flying both is amazing. The package of drone and aerial is incredibly helpful for our real estate clients.
